Day 1: Arrival Tashkent (capital of Uzbekistan)
Departure from Istanbul at 00:55 (TK 368)
07:30 Arrival Tashkent. Welcome and transfer to the hotel. Tashkent city tour from 12:00
First meeting with Uzbek cuisine we will have with Tashkent Wedding Plov in Central Asian Center of Plov in Tashkent.
After lunch we will start city tour along the old part of Tashkent: Khazrati Imam Complex consisting of Kaffall Shashi Mausoleum (15th c.), Barak-Khan Madrasah (16th c.),  Muyi-Mubarak Mosque – storehouse of the well-known Koran of Khalif Osman and gold hair of Prophet Muhammad, before dinner we will visit CHORSU national oriental bazaar.
Visiting Chorsu Bazaar is a great place to feel the taste of genuine Uzbek lifestyle. You can learn the habits of locals and their way of life, lot of fruits and vegetables, meat and bread, street food and other interesting points
Dinner at the local Uzbek restaurant, this evening you will taste Tashkent style Lagman and Manti. Return to the hotel.

Day 2: Tashkent – Urgench – Khiva (flight)
05:30 Transfer to Tashkent airport, domestic terminal
Morning flight to Urgench (07:25-08:55). Drive to Khiva (30 km). Arrival and tour in Khiva from 10:30 – 18:00
City tour around Ichan-Kala architectural complex (12-19th c.), the Residence of the last Khan including Ismail Khodja Mausoleum, Mohammed Amin Khan madrassah, Kunya-Ark Castle (16-17th c.), Kalta Minor tower, Tash-Hovli Harem Palace (19th c.)
Lunch we will have in local boutique family restaurant Zarafshan, you will taste real Khorezm dishes like – Tuhum Barak and Shivit Oshi, this is most famous dishes in the region. Afternoon free for your own city explore. Dinner we will have in local family with masterclass of cooking Khorezm bread and Khorezm style Meat with vegetables, you will be participating for all main processes with the cook. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Khiva – Bukhara (train)
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:20 departure to Bukhara by train, 13:35 arrival Bukhara. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
15:00 lunch at the restaurant called ChorBakr which is located 6km outside of Bukhara, near the Chor Bakhr Necropolis, this is very simple place with best shahliks in the region, place loved by the locals, you will taste lamb Ribs, Tanduri Lamb and Fillet with fresh vegetables and green tea, looks very simple, but very very tasty. After lunch we will visit Bahouddin Nakshbandi mausoleum (16-19th c.), to the sepulchers of his mother and his preceptor (14th c.), and visit to summer residence Sitorai-Mokhi-Hossa (19th c. – taste of local and Russian Tzars architecture).
Return to the hotel.  Late dinner at the restaurant Old Bukhara for this dinner for the main dish we will serve National Bukharian Vaguri – this is marinated lamb meat fried to crispy crust with fresh vegetable salads and green tea. Return to the hotel by walk.

Day 4: Bukhara
09:00-17:00 сity tour in Bukhara: visit Citadel Ark (4th c. BC), Samanides Mausoleum (9-10th c.), Chashma Ayub (14th c.), Bolo-Hauz Mosque (beginning of the 20th c.), continue to complex Lyabi-Khauz (14-17th c.), Complex Kalon with Minaret Kalon (12th c.) – the tallest minaret in Central Asia & Kalyan Mosque (12th c.), Miri-Arab Madrasah, Magoki-Attori Mosque, Madrasahs of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan
Lunch at Adras restaurant, which is built on the site of an ancient caravanserai
Caravanserai – public building on trade routes, primarily in Asia, which served to stop the caravans and travellers. Built caravanserais along the trade routes, typically at a distance of up to 30 kilometers from each other. That’s how much the caravan could go in a day. The main difference of the restaurant Adras is flour kitchen. Here You will be served Manty with lamb, delicious samosa, kabob and many other pastry dishes
Popular Kovurma Lagman (fried noodles with meat and steamed vegetables). The story takes this dish from China, but because of the eternal conquest, the culture of the people mixed up very closely, and this dish can be found in all Asian cuisines, is exactly what we will provide You to hot, also will be served Dumplings and fresh vegetable salads
Visit Dome Bazaars (Toki-Sarrofon Trading Dome, Telpak Furushon Trading Dome, Tim Abdullakhan Trading Dome, Toki-Zargaron Trading Dome), where people can enjoy real Uzbek bargaining process and buy National souvenirs, carpets. During visits we will visit Tea House with spices and herbs, you can taste
– Tea with Saffron / – Ginger Tea / – Coffee with cardamom / – Chinese Green tea / – Black tea and national sweets of Bukhara.
17:00-19:00 free time for your own before the dinner. 19:00 Dinner at the guest house with master class of Bukharian style Plov, 2 glasses of wine will be offered complimentary. Return to the hotel by walk via narrow streets to feel the atmosphere of the past.

Day 5: Bukhara – Gijduvan – Sarmysh valley – Samarkand (380 km)

09:00 – 10:00 departure to Bukhara via Gijduvan city (46 kilometers from Bukhara is a small town Gijduvan). From ancient times to the present day Gijduvan is famous as a trading town and crafts center. Ceramics occupies a special place among the various crafts produced in the village. The Gizhduvan School of ceramics is distinguished by the use of geometric shapes and colors in the ornaments.
In the ceramic workshop of the family Narzulaev you can:
• familiarize with the process of producing ceramics;
• visit the ceramics Museum;
• special training course under the guidance of Gijduvan masters.
Continue to Samarkand via Sarmysh valley with visit Sarmysh petroglyphs, arrival Sarmishsay and lunch on open air café. Short excursion in Sramish. Continue to Samarkand. Arrival around 18:00, transfer to the restaurant Samarkand for dinner, for this evening for the main dish we will serve Nohat Shurak, traditional Samarkand Dish with fresh served vegetarian salads. Oriental Dessert – Uzbek Pahlava with tea. Transfer to the hotel after difficult day. Overnight at the hotel
Day 6: Samarkand (capital of Amir Timur Empire)
09:00-17:00 city tour in Samarkand: Visit Gur Emir Mausoleum – Tamerlane’s Tomb (14-15th c.) – Guri Amir is Persian for “Tomb of the King”. Continue to Registan square – Registan square heart of Samarkand. Registan Square is ornate portals, patterned minarets and glistening cupolas. Registan Square consist with three madrasahs: The Ulugh Beg Madrasah (1417–1420), the Tilya-Kori Madrasah (1646–1660) and the Sher-Dor Madrasah (1619–1636). All three madrasahs rife with glazed mosaics in liquid shades gold. 12:30 we will visit Authentic Center of Samarkand Plov – We suggest you try the Samarkand pilaf. The peculiarity of pilaf in Samarkand: it is not mixed, but placed on a dish in layers. This allows you to choose the ratio of rice, carrots and meat that falls into the spoon and get different taste sensations. After lunch we will continue visit Architectural complex Shakhi-Zindeh (11-15th c.) – The necropolis of Shah-I Zindah (Persian for “living king”) revered as a memorial to Kusam-ibn-Abbas, a cousin of the Prophet Mohammad.
Now we will visit bread makers village – local people preparing Samarkand Bread (lepeshka) from generetio to generation. We will have master class on bread making, after will eat our selfmade bread with fresh jam and tea. Continue to Khoja Doniyar Mausoleum – during campaign to Iran in the 14-15th centuries, Amir Temur could not conquer Susa. The spirit of the Old Testament prophet Daniel defended the small town. Powerful army of Amir Temur lifted the siege with heavy losses. Amir Temur visited the grave of the saint and immediately sent his remains to Samarkand. According to the legend, the remains of the saint are growing and his sarcophagus is growing as well. That is why the length of the tomb is 10 meters. Return to the hotel. Free time. Dinner in the Center of Crafts of Samarkand – short excursion to workshops of craftsman before the diner. Open air dinner, Uzbek Soup – Mastava, Grilled vegetables and main Dish is Fried Fish. After dinner walking to the hotel and almost every day you can visit Light Show on Registan Square.  Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Samarkand – Tashkent (train)

09:00 – 12:00 handicraft master classes in the open air (immersed to the life and culture of Uzbekistan)
– Visit Morning Bazaar Siyab where you can buy real Uzbek fruits, sweets souvenirs etc. Pls do not hesitate to Bargain
– Village Kungil – acquainted with old Chinese method of making Silk Paper with master class. Visits to Museum of Winery, and tasting more than 10 types of WINES. Lunch with local family, today we are going to try homemade Samsa with meat and potato, and with “greens”, main dish will be homemade dumplings (you will participate with preparing them) master class from home owner. Open air lunch on “ayvan”.  After lunch visit Ulugbek Observatory. 16:00 transfer to the train station. 17:00 departure to Tashkent by high speed train Afrosiyab. 19:10 arrival to Tashkent. Hotel accommodation. 20:00 farewall dinner at the restaurant Karavan, during the dinner you will be awarded with certificate as – Expert of Uzbek Cuisine and History, suvenirs and bottle of Uzbek Shampaing (or Wine). Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8: Tashkent – flight home
